Our Terms & Conditions All clients must agree to these terms and conditions, the clients shall be those persons defined as the bride and groom in the wedding booking,or other if the wedding is of a same sex marriage. It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between both parties, and that no variation or modification of these conditions shall be effective unless agreed by both parties.
Bride couple responsibility:The couple is responsible for paying Cards, Weddings, And More Boutique for services contracted between the bridal couple and the service provider.
In the event payment hasn’t been received within 14 Days of being invoiced, then Cards, Weddings, And More Boutique reserves the right to cancel the contract without exception and without notice. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action being taken against the bridal couple for work carried out.
Conditions of my role as your wedding planner and restrictionsUnder these conditions and restrictions it is my understanding that as my role as the wedding stationer is to assist you in creating your perfect wedding stationery suited to your requirements. You will retain me as your Wedding stationer for your wedding scheduled on ________________________.
Digital Graphics,Designs and Copyrights:The graphic design elements produced by Cards, Weddings,& More Boutique are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Design may not be distributed or reproduced by the client or others to any individuals for their use.
Model Release:It is agreed that the Wedding Stationer may display and use any photographs taken for advertising in ways thought proper by the Wedding Stationer. For client privacy, last names will be obscured if required.
Suitability:If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effects.

Our Returns PolicyOur returns and refunds procedure are straight forward:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and all orders exclude P+P costs, you have 14 days including weekends to request a return on orders from date of receiving them. There will be no refunds on Personalized items. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return costs that are not refundable and the cost will depend on the method you use and a tracking number must be provided.
Any refunds given will include the postage you paid at the time of ordering the item/s you are returning. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received at our end, any items bought at craft events can not be returned or refunded.
Any item that has been damaged by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it, or you no longer want the item is not eligible for a refund.. You must provide proof that you have bought the item from us before we can process your refund. Any item being returned by any other person that the buyer will not be accepted or refunded.
When placing an order you have 3 days from ordering to cancel unless it is a personalized item in which you have 7 days before we start making your order.
